Senior Blessing

The High School seniors of Horizon Church Tucson will be honored for their completion of high school and their service through the church in our city. We will give them a celebratory gift and pray over them as they transition into the next season of their lives. A scripture that reminds us of our role as a church family in their lives is, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Often, people see the youth of their church as a group that's hard to connect with. At Horizon Church, we see the youth of our church as the future and see the time that we pour into them over the years as important and special. The Lord will give them many opportunities to know Jesus and make Him known (Matthew 28:19-20) through ministry, college, and career choices that they are making.
